Kundalini Yoga found me in October 1998 when I happened (accidentally?) into a class for the first time at the West End YMCA in Toronto. It was to fall in love. That love affair continues to this day. Since acquiring my KRI Level 1 Kundalini Yoga teacher training in New Mexico in 2005, I am privileged to teach and share this most rewarding of practices.
What is Kundalini Yoga?
Cryptic though it be, one of the best (and most concise) answers I’ve ever heard in response to the question “How is Kundalini Yoga different from other Yogas?” is… “Kundalini Yoga will get you there faster”.
Kundalini Yoga is considered the most comprehensive of yoga traditions, fusing physical exercise, breath technique, meditation, mantra to awaken the full function and potential of the nervous and glandular systems and to balance the subtle system of chakras and meridians within the body.
Below are a couple of my videos that introduce Kundalini Yoga.
